We’ve scoured the region to source fresh and local produce from home-grown suppliers. Each one with their own story. Fresh tastes and culinary delights combined to satisfy any appetite.

The Cheese & Pie Man
Based in Dedham in north Essex, The Cheese & Pie Man supplies our extensive and mouth-watering selection of fresh cheeses and award-winning pies.
The Secret Butcher
Based in Burnham-on-Crouch, The Secret Butcher supply us with a fresh and varied selection of meat and we look forward to you tasting their sumptuous grass-fed lamb, Blythburgh pork, Burnham burgers, sausages, gammon, steaks and pork pies.
Rumour has it that The Secret Butcher’s farmers’ cattle eat the hops that are used to brew Wibblers beer.
Donald Freeston Fruit & Veg
Family-owned and based in Witham, Donald Freestons provide us with high quality, seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Working in partnership with farmers on the East coast, Freestons collect and sort their produce in Witham before delivering it straight to us, and straight to your plate.
Danbury Oils
From just a few miles north in Heybridge, Maldon, Danbury Oils supply a variety of oils used in our kitchen including Rapeseed Oil, grown in the UK.
Our skilled kitchen team have also begun infusing these oils with herbs and chillies, which are available to purchase at our Farmer’s Markets!
Furthermore, Danbury Oils have invested heavily in used oil collection with waste oil put into their reusable drums. This waste oil is then recycled into biodiesel.
